At the Dalila we stand behind the products we sell. Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges on items not found to be defective. If you receive a defective product we will provide a replacement or exchange within 30 days of purchase.   

Many of our products have extended warranties covered by the manufacturer. Customers with defective items purchased outside of our 30 day policy will be directed to the appropriate vendor.

We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our error. We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased from our website. We do not offer satisfaction returns.
